Accounting Executive
Scope:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Compliance & Regulation: Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!
Senior Accounting Executive
Scope:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements.
- General Ledger Management: Lead the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role, Experience in a shared services or corporate environment is an added advantage.
UiPath Developer
Scope:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into efficient workflows.
- Utilize the RE-Framework to design and architect automation projects for scalability and maintainability.
- Implement best practices in RPA development, including error handling, logging, and exception management.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath RPA platform.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
- Proven experience with the RE-Framework and its implementation in UiPath projects.
Project Manager
Scope:
- Manage multiple data-related projects.
- Develops project plan within constraints, delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers and technical teams.
- Organise all project meetings including project kick-off, progress updates meetings, steering committee meetings, etc. Responsible in capturing and sharing meeting minutes and actions with project teams and updating project plans.
- Proactively monitors project execution to effectively identify risks, issues, and dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Data Analytics or any relevant field.
- Experience in delivering data analytics solutions.
- Experience in leading Agile project implementations.
- PMP Certification or other equivalent certifications would be a plus.
Sales Consultant
Scope:
- Present customers with analytics solutions or analytics training that address business needs.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Understands changing trends, how the industry and competitors are evolving, and how can address these changes.
- Understands customers’ businesses and builds relationships with both IT and business decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative for at least 1-2 years, Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply too.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office with some IT background or knowledge will be advantage.
Technical Consultant - Trainer
Scope:
- Perform training on tools and programs effectively.
- Involvement as a data scientist/analyst/engineer or relevant role in analytical project execution.
- Prepare and present the technical proposal for the analytical project.
- Prepare and design course outline for new potential training.
- Conduct discussions, surveys or gap analysis to align training expectation.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, science, engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position will be advantage.
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
- Familiar with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
- Experience in designing course materials.
Business Development Executive
Scope:
- Prospect and generate leads to identify potential clients and opportunities for our product & services offering.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably a minimum 1 year experience.
- Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients is a plus.
Senior Data Analyst
Scope:
- Leading and guiding a team of data engineers and analysts.
- Designing data architecture and ETL pipelines.
- Implement and lead a team in the following tasks as part of a project:
- Development of ETL pipelines and dashboards/reports.
- Write clear and concise documentation, including business logic implemented per required transformations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with users on the implemented solution.
- Enforce and adhere to defined processes and procedures, best practices and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in SQL language.
- Proficiency in database structures, theories, principles and practices in particular with data warehouse design.
- Proficiency in one of the prominent data visualisation tools: Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Qlik.
